The Library Registration

The Library is our online clearance system, designed to streamline the ad clearance process. You'll use it to submit your scripts, rough cuts, and final TVCs (Television Commercials) for approval. The system also serves as a hub for messages and feedback, ensuring a central record of all communications.

New Agencies or Companies


If you are a new agency or company that needs to get ads cleared with us, follow these steps to register:

Complete the Registration Form: A senior person with the appropriate level of authority (e.g., Managing Director, Finance Director, Head of TV Admin) must fill out our registration form.

Sign User Terms: After submitting the form, we will send you our user terms for The Library, which must be digitally signed and returned.

Designate Org Admins: The registration process requires you to designate Organisation Admins within your organisation. These Org Admins will manage your account, including setting up additional users and overseeing submissions.

Existing Organisations


If you work at an organisation already registered on The Library and need a login, please contact your Organisation Admin. They will be able to create a user login for you. If you’re unsure who the Org Admin is, contact us at help@clearcast.co.uk for assistance.
